Blame Montezuma

UnknownA scrumptious new book of ‘choc-lit’ poems –appropriately called “Blame Montezuma” – has just been published by Fife-based HappenStance Press.

Now it is to be highlighted in a tasty special event with Scotland’s Poetry Festival – StAnza  – during the St Andrews Food and Drink Festival.

The free event also involves acclaimed  “Highland Chocolatier” Iain Burnett, who recently opened a shop in St Andrews, and popular local café Zest.

Described as a book for “serious chocolate addicts” Blame Montezuma provides, in a poetic assortment, chocolate’s history, desire, joy and even its darkest despair.

The event will offer both edible and verse treats in a “delicious event aiming to satisfy all tastes.”

This event will be taking place November 27th.
